Exchange Programme - with Prevista developed pilot based of excahnging ideas, good practice and networking for individuals from BME backgrounds working in music industry.

Increase understanding and practical methodology of implementing diversity policy into work. Differentiated approach adopted to understand needs of different BME entrepreneurs by addressing issues specific to businesses by ethnicity. Need for more initiatives to provide opportunities for collaboration and networking.
