Developed accreditation system for Franchises that has built confidence in sector, individuals and organisations that have taken up opportunities. Disseminated to SBS and other Government levels and adopted by BFA as part of their accreditation process and sent to other trade associations as example of good accreditation practice. BFA also made European Franchise Federation aware of this accreditation process.
