SEED LINK – targets BME women. First stage trains women to become trainers who then deliver the programme to further women start up entrepreneurs.

[edit] Justification/aim

Increase understanding and practical methodology of implementing diversity policy into work. Differentiated approach adopted to understand needs of different BME entrepreneurs by addressing issues specific to businesses by ethnicity. Need for more initiatives to provide opportunities for collaboration and networking.
