Researched and questioned 2000 participants on starting up businesses and growth and sustainability.

National framework for providing support for those starting business should interlink pre and post support services to increase number of clients using services after establishing their business. Promote benefits of using services, especially to those who had not previously used public sector business support. Examine and research to understand issues and opportunities around developing new home based businesses. Develop new practical models for delivering more sector specific activities.
