Research and focus groups undertaken for these ethnic groups and sectors: Chinese, Vietnamese, Bangladeshi, Turkish, African, restaurants, women and international trade.

Most effective way to engage diverse BME individuals through start up was by collaborating with BME intermediaries. Rely on expertise at grass roots level and work with range of BME networks.
