A small industrial premises development scheme, it allocates adequate workshop spaces of 250-750m² for SMEs in Asturias.

[edit] Justification/aim

It facilitates the transfer of ownership of industrial premises to small companies. The overall goal is to offer SMEs industrial premises for lease with a purchase option over a period of 12 years. Public intervention in the development of industrial premises helps SMEs to access ownership in a gradual way, without extra effort, allowing the company to grow gradually.
