The Charter and Terms of Reference for a business creation network (‘Groupement de Createurs) provides the framework for bringing together partners from the social, economic and educational sectors engaged in supporting people in business creation. The network offers step-by-step support to people establishing their businesses in a way that provides them with a business qualification regardless of their initial level of education.
